I want to participate on AVSLib development. How can I do this?

Register with the SourceForge website and then make a request to join the AVSLib project as a developer.

I want to contribute texts or script examples to AVSLib documentation. How can I do this?

Post the related texts / source code at the Contribution AVSLib project's forum. The texts / source code must be accompanied by a licence compatible with those used by the AVSLib project. See the licence page for details.
